SHIPPING POLICY
We may upgrade your chosen shipping option if a faster delivery option exists at no cost to you. This may involve using UPS or FedEx instead of USPS.
Due to the unpredictable nature of domestic and international shipments, delays may occur beyond the estimated shipment time. Buyer understands this risk and agrees to wait for the package to be delivered or for a claim to be submitted by us in the event that any shipping delays exist, prior to receiving a refund or replacement product.
Standard/ground delivery options are only estimates, not guarantees.
PopsUltimate.com is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, national holidays, or incorrect contact information.
Once the package has been dispatched, PopsUltimate.com cannot be liable for any delayed or lost packages. We will do our best to assist with the claims process in the event that any package arrives damaged or is more than 30 days late (international orders).
Buyer is responsible for any brokerage fees, taxes, duties, or other import expenses imposed by the carrier or their government for any international shipments.
